This is a great sounding App.Has a built in Guide to make sounds and riffs.Very well thought up Also has a lot of kits to work with.

While this is fun for noodling around with, you have NO control over scale or melody for the bass and lead parts. The notes played are "hardwired" into the sample sets! Even then, the melody line is fixed to only 4 notes. So, quite limiting for any composing you want to do. Also, the "Master Class" instructions assume you have no experience with writing sequences or looping, etc, so very novice beginner stuff. If you just want to mess around with the fixed notes dictated by the sample sets, then have fun. Otherwise, look elsewhere.....

Its not the app to get if youre trying to get those beats or melodies "in your head" out, as you are limited to just 4 sounds for each wheel. Not even enough for a scale. Still, some say more creativity comes from working within boundaries, and in that light its actually a lot of fun to play around with. Just dont expect to create anything all that original with it.

This app is amazing it deserves 5 stars but If u please add more sounds to it this app would be way better

The title says mini is there an extra large version in the works? Perhaps for iPad that would include larger wheels with a larger range of notes? Thats would awesome, still the package we have now as it stands is a very fun doodling tool anyone of any age can enjoy.

Really fun, i made so many beats the first day I got it haha. Its a very creative way to allow people to make beats. And I think about anyone could make beats with the app, so its good for everyone.

Lots of fun. Easy to use.

But how the hell do you export? Is there even an export feature and wheres a more dynamic tune combination (mixing all 9 columns together to make one longer soundtrack) App needs a bit more. If theres no export or if there is but its confusing to export, make it happen in simple operation. There should be more wheel columns like 10 or 15 for more room to add more beats. And can you update the app to mix all columns of beats together to make one long soundtrack like a song. Oh and speaking of that, this app should have vocal recording feature for making personal and fun lyrics for the local users and amateur to pro composers.

It would be great if support would actually get back to you when you ask a questions! We love the app, but support has not been great. I will consider changing the rating if that improves.

What you get: 4 tracks, each track containing 9 instances of a 32-step sequencer driving 4 samples (i.e., a given song can contain up to 16 samples). BASIC sample adjustments are possible. There is also an FX section that can be applied to any of the 4 tracks (track FX are only on/off, not amount to apply). Obviously the major limitation relates to melodic sequences - there is no way to adjust note pitch or length for a given step, so this means these parameters need to be hard-wired into the samples themselves. Many enhancements to the app are possible, but possibly at the expense of over-complicating it... That said, one thing this app absolutely needs is the ability to simultaneously change all 4 loop wheels - right now these are scrolled independently, and changing all 4 at once is extremely difficult unless you have the manual dexterity of an eleven seamstress. Nevertheless, this ones a keeper.

Its a neat, fun and addictive app. However, when I export to iTunes for file sharing to my computer, the .wav file it exports doesnt play in any media player Ive tried (iTunes, Windows Media Player, Media Monkey). It would be great if that would work and give you the option to export to other file types. 4 stars if this feature worked.

This thing is so easy to use I love it! Ive a few other apps that a persons can make a beat on this on tops em^_^

I loved this app, and used it for fun quite a lot. I was trying to show a friend, when I found that the iOS upgrade to 6 caused the app to crash upon opening. Will it be updated?

A year ago getting the free version of this app; It was awesome! I just recently bought your app the night before the 6.0 update. I never even got to open the app and Im still waiting! Hurry Up please!

Please hurry with the new update for iOS6 I bought this app thinking I was going to be able to use it for a class as a part of my music education major but alas it has seemed that I wasted the money. I bought it a month ago and it is just sitting there useless on my iPod. Please fix this soon. Thanks.
